		Owner The foundation of Lynnel's Hair Design began 27 years go when the owner, Lynnel Gonclaves, embarked into the beauty industry. With her natural artistic ability and genuine love of styling and color, this Point Loma native made her life long vision a reality. Today, Lynnel heads up an extraordinary team of hair stylists. Her Salon offers exceptional expertise in all areas of hair care needs, resulting in long-lasting relationships with each and every client.

		Master Color Artist I'm happiest when I have a color brush in one hand and foils in the other. My goal is to make the world a prettier place, one head at a time. Come on in and help me with my goal! I also specialize in "Wash and Wear, There you go, Hair".

		Specializing in Cuts, Color, and Special Occasions Joshlyn was born and raised in Point Loma, CA, and graduated from Paul Mitchell, The School. She has been in the industry now for over two and 1/2 years and loves doing hair and making people feel good about themselves.

		Specializing in Cuts, Color, and Special Occasions I am a native of San Diego and grew up and still live in Point Loma. I come from a large Portuguese family an enjoy being a part of my community. I started my career in 1996. The education I have received has helped me develop imagination in hair color and hairstyling which is the key to success. My clientele is fairly diverse with one thing in common; they want great hair. My favorite thing about my work is making each client walk out looking and feeling amazing.

		Colorist I started doing print work in Atlanta in 1987. I was trained as a hands-on apprentice and am TIGI educated in cutting and color. I am a L'oreal colorist and I love both modern and funky to classic styles.

		Great Lengths Extension Specialist and Yuko Perm. Straightening Specialist I began my career as a hairstylist about 6 years ago, however, coming from a family of stylists I feel I have been in the industry my whole life. I am fortunate to have been able to grow up in such a creative and inspirational environment. I began my career in Los Angeles, training at Vidal Sasson and refining my skills with continuous education throughout the years. I have also begin training as a L'oreal Professional. What I love most about being a stylist is helping people feel good about themselves by providing them with the best service possible and creating a specific look for each individual. My inspirations include my mother, photography, vintage and new age fashion, environment and life experiences.

		Colorist/Stylist I was born in the US, but raised in Germany where I completed schooling and an apprenticeship to become a hairdresser and fulfill my passion to make people look and feel great. Later, I returned to the US and graduated from Paul Mitchell the School in 2001. My work has been shown in the San Diego Charger Girls Calendar, the China Girls Calendar, and the 2008 Green issue of 944 Magazine. My strength is combining hair cut and colors to create looks my clients love.
